How It Works

  • Complete Form

    The enrollment form will take you step-by-step through the on-boarding process.

  • Agree To Terms

    Part of the on-boarding process is accepting the terms and conditions of the "NIL" Agreement. An electronic signature is required.

  • Upload Photos

    Photos must be high-resolution with athlete's face clearly visible. Action photos or portrait photos featuring uniform and/or equipment are preferred.

  • Verification & Approval

    All submitted information and photos will be reviewed. Upon approval, products will be created and portal access will be granted. Please allow up to 24 hours for approval.

  • Product Creation

    Your image will be added to the Statement Game design template. Your "NIL" design will be on apparel, posters, mugs, koozies, and accessories.

  • Portal Access

    The Athlete Portal will provide product information, sales tracking, and most importantly payout balances.

  • Product Launch

    Upon athlete's approval, all "NIL" products will be available on the Statement Game website and marketplaces.

  • Promote

    You will be provided with images and verbiage to help market your "NIL" products on social media. Promote your products and reap the rewards.

  • Secure The Bag

    You will be paid 20% of the base sale price of products sold (excluding shipping & tax). Payouts will be calculated on the last day of the month and be paid by the 15th of each month.

  • Opt-Out

    You can terminate your "NIL" Agreement any time and receive your full payout balance within the payout time period.
